Key Responsibilities:

Shape Strategy: Partner with executives to craft and execute financial plans for smart, scalable growth
Own Group Reporting: Lead consolidations and reporting across multiple entities with precision and insight
Drive Performance: Analyse data, identify opportunities, and influence profitability at scale
Lead the Team: Mentor and inspire a talented finance team to achieve peak performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role
Proven team management track record
Strong exposure to the property industry
