POSITION INFO:
A prominent, listed organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses is seeking a qualified Group Financial Manager to take ownership of consolidated reporting, governance, and financial oversight. This role offers exposure to complex group structures, strategic leadership, and the opportunity to partner closely with executives to shape the financial future of the business.

Responsibilities:

Oversee group consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
Manage statutory reporting, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at a group level.
Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to IFRS and evolving regulatory frameworks.
Partner with business units to support operational and commercial performance.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA(SA) qualification essential.
5+ years’ post-articles experience, ideally within a listed or multi-entity environment.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, consolidations, and reporting.
Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results in complex structures.
Exposure to consumer-facing, fast-paced industries will be advantageous.
