Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation and execution of Commercial and Business Banking strategy.
- Define and drive marketing and sales initiatives to grow the portfolio.
- Oversee product development and customer relationship management.
- Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare performance reports and support executive decision-making.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the institution across key platforms.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: First and postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Certifications: Professional banking certifications (e.g., ACIB).
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in banking, with at least 6 years in senior management focused on marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
