POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Partner with executive management to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and conflict resolution. Drive recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning and employee development initiatives. Develop and maintain HR policies, governance frameworks and ensure compliance with South African labour legislation. Oversee HR administration, reporting, employee records and organisational development initiatives.
