Our client is looking for a Group Legal & Compliance Manager to be based in Woodmead. You should have an LLB and LLM and be an Admitted Attorney. You should have In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation in ICT sector. Send your CV now.

POSITION INFO:
Overall responsibility for all legal engagements with Customers, Suppliers and other stakeholders. Conduct and lead contract negotiations ensuring best legal and commercial outcome for the company. Responsible for all Group legal compliance (ICASA, BBBEE, POPI, Company Law etc). Understand and manage the company's regulatory compliance with Telco law outside of South Africa.

Knowledge:

• In depth knowledge and understanding of;
  • commercial law
  • law of delict
  • contractual law
  • employment legislation (BCEA, LRA)
  • ICASA
  • POPI
  • BBBEE in the ICT Sector

• LLB, LLM, must be an admitted attorney
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation in ICT sector (local and international)

• 5 to 8 years related experience post admission in corporate
• IT/ telecommunications sector experience will be an advantage
