POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Technical or Operations Tertiary Qualification
5+ Years Experience in a similar role
Valid License and Own Transport
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems
Previous Management Experience
Have managed an IT Helpdesk before and ensure all IT escalated queries are resolved speedily
