Salary: R1.1 Million annually

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree: Nursing Business Related Degree
Theatre or Critical Care Diploma
Role Specific Knowledge Required Level
ICD-10 and CPT Coding
Revenue Cycle management Expert
Technical Skill – Ability to apply Knowledge Level of Proficiency
Effective Report Writing and Communication
Critical problem-solving ability
Advanced computer literacy
Strategic Stakeholder Management
Policy and SOP development Expert
5-7 Years’ experience as a Patient Services Manager
Legal / Professional registration required / Registered Nurse
ROLE: Take Responsibility for overseeing the revenue cycle value chain from a Group perspective which includes identifying improvement opportunities to optimize billing
to maximize revenue
This includes the reduction of the Groups financial risk by ensuring compliance to Group policies and procedures including contractual arrangements with Medical Schemes/ funders
