SUMMARY:
Group SHEQ Manager needed in Fourways.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Group SHEQ Manager to lead and oversee all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) operations across all sites. This senior leadership role is critical in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining ISO certifications, and fostering a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SHEQ team across all sites
Ensure compliance with OHS and MHSA regulations
Drive SHEQ strategy, audits, investigations, and reporting
Maintain and implement ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001 systems
Manage incident reporting and legal registers
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including DMRE

Requirements:

+10 years SHEQ experience in mining (Chief Safety Officer level or above)
NADSAM/SAMTRAC, COMSOC 1 & 2, Blasting Certificate, and relevant SHEQ qualifications
Strong leadership and report writing skills
Proven experience in SHEQ governance and risk management
Reporting to EXCO experience
Experience in Construction/ Mining/ Manufacturing industries.
