POSITION INFO:

Products and services are provided to a broad spectrum of customers in the mining, water treatment, plant and animal health, food and beverage, infrastructure and general industrial sectors.

The Group Talent Manager reports directly to the Group Executive: Human Capital and is responsible for delivering integrated talent management solutions and related organisational development initiatives for our client across all countries where they operate.

Position Purpose

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of talent management approach and related processes & in collaboration with HCBPs, L&D and BU Leadership teams.
Implement Management Development and Talent Management approach, underpinning tools and processes company wide.
Implement the talent sourcing and development strategy that will meet current and future requirements of talent as well as retention strategies based on market trends.
Facilitate interventions to support achievement of organizational objectives and proactively builds Organizational Development & Talent capability company-wide.
Implement strategic change and organizational effectiveness initiatives in order to support shaping & delivery of the company’s strategic objectives. Provide change management support company-wide to support the delivery of business strategy.
Promote continuous learning and development enhancing workplace engagement, development requirements for succession, enhancing effective leadership and transformation
To build and drive capacity and skills internally through a centralized Learning and Development Strategy to drive business results.
Drive guidance, standards and procedure in line with legislation to support business learning or skills development requirements.
Strengthen the employer brand both internally and externally through various platforms.

Education, Knowledge and Skills Requirements

A Relevant Bachelors Degree essential
Post Graduate qualification recommended
At least five (5) years’ talent & transformation experience
Solid experience in business analysis and driving organisational change programmes
