SUMMARY:
A Renowned lodge group is looking for a GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Sound knowledge of the applicable property/company procedures for department.
Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and PANstrat or hospitality operation systems
Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment
Knowledge on the operation in-room equipment and appliances
Matric/NQF Level 4
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
At least 6 months experience in a similar role
Administrative skills
License, SA ID or Valid Visa
