Position: Guest Relations Executive
We’re looking for a polished, warm, and highly organised Guest Relations Executive to be the welcoming face and reassuring presence for our international guests. From the moment they arrive to the moment they depart, you’ll ensure their journey is seamless, personal, and unforgettable.

This role requires fluency in at least one of the following languages:

• Mandarin
• Arabic
• Russian

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and assist guests with genuine warmth, ensuring an exceptional first and lasting impression.
• Provide personalised support for international guests, including translations and cultural understanding.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with all departments to ensure their requests are met promptly.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, lodge orientation, and itinerary planning.
• Handle any guest concerns with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the F&B, housekeeping, and activities teams to enhance the guest experience.
• Share knowledge about the lodge, surrounding area, and cultural insights to enrich the stay.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (additional languages an advantage).
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations (lodge or high-end hotel experience preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse guest needs.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
