POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

Hospitality Diploma (Beneficial)
Proven experience within a similar role at a 5* establishment
Excellent admin & organizational skills
Passion & care for guest experience
Sound knowledge on SA wines
Excellent personal appearance & presentation
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Leadership skills
Experience in managing small teams
Outgoing personality
High standard of SOP delivery
Flexible, hands on and motivated individual
