SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for the right candidate to take over the HACCP, Stock, and Quality Control for their brand.

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification;

Run the day to day on the HACCP system

Responsible for the quality of production

Responsible for Checking, receiving, and dispatch stock

Hygiene in the factory

Testing and assessing products

Identify Product Defects

Record and Report Issues

Support Process Improvements

Make Necessary Repairs

Make sure standards are met

Minimum Requirements;

Degree or Diploma in Food Technology essential

Proven experience within a Food Technology-related role

Hands-on experience within the meat or poultry industry hugely advantageous

Strong HACCP exposure and understanding of related processes

Well-developed interpersonal ability

Self-motivated

Presentable

Strong communication skills

High energy levels

Ability to work independently or in a team

Strong administrative skills Good planning and organisational skills
