We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Handyman to join our Mechanical Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance, repair, and installation work across buildings, equipment, and machinery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience working as a Handyman
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Good command of English (additional languages advantageous)
- Good overall health (vision, hearing, and physical mobility)
- High level of safety awareness
- Willingness to work shifts when required
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must have own tools
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general repair, maintenance, and installation tasks on buildings, equipment, and machinery
- Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Carry out work in line with planned maintenance schedules
- Repair and replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Maintain accurate daily records (job details, equipment used, time allocation)
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Adhere to hygiene code of conduct requirements
- Perform ad hoc and additional duties as required
