JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently seeking a Head Chef in Nelspruit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Minimal experience of 5 years
Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (would be advantageous)
Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (would be advantageous)

Duties include but not limited to:

Food costing
Managing and leading of staff
Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Good leadership qualities
