My client, An International Company that operate in more countries than any other logistics provider is looking for Head of HR to be based in Maputo. They invented cross border shipping over 45 years ago and connect people across the world. They love their role in the world and look for the right people to help them maintain – and grow it

POSITION INFO:

To streamline the HR value-chain by delivering Human Resources programs and interventions for all stakeholders in Mozambique and to ensure the effective alignment of the Human Resources department with the country’s strategic and functional business plans including legislation. 

Manages the implementation of the Regional HR strategy within Mozambique

Oversee the HR systems like Payspace , my TW and Taleo 

Experience in the Express / Logistics / Aviation / Service industries preferred plus solid top management experience.
