HME Superintendent

General Manager for Assets and Maintenance is needed for a Group function for a mining company in West Africa. This HME executive would be accountable for over 6000-piece HME equipment spanning over multiple sites in 5 different countries. This would be a FIFO role suitable for a change driven individual with comprehensive software and maintenance system exposure

Duties:

• Lead overall Maintenance team
• Client relations
• Strategies, forecasting, stock levels
• Optimum equipment performance
• Risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Hold an Engineering degree
• Management experience
• Good communication skills
• Technical knowledge of heavy-duty machinery
• English and French-speaking would be beneficial
