• POSTGRADUATE QUALIFICATON IN MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATION
• PRIOR PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT A SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL
• PROVEN ABILITY TO LEAD A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM OF HEALTH & TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS
• STRONG PLANNING, LIAISON AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
• ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
• HIGH PROFICIENCY IN WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
• THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF HEALTH SECTOR LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK
• EXPERIENCE AS A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WILL SERVE AS A FURTHER RECOMMENDATION

General Management and will be responsible for:-

• The development and achievement of strategic and operational goals

• Recruitment of Medical Practitioners
• Sustaining healthy interpersonal relationships with Medical Practitioners
• Employee management and relations
• Planning, organising, coordination and evaluation of all hospital activities
