PRIOR PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT A SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL
PROVEN ABILITY TO LEAD A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM OF HEALTH & TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS
STRONG PLANNING, LIAISON AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
HIGH PROFICIENCY IN WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF HEALTH SECTOR LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK
EXPERIENCE AS A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WILL SERVE AS A FURTHER RECOMMENDATION

General Management and will be responsible for:-

The development and achievement of strategic and operational goals
Growth of the business
Recruitment of Medical Practitioners
Sustaining healthy interpersonal relationships with Medical Practitioners
Employee management and relations
Planning, organising, coordination and evaluation of all hospital activities
