POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HOSPITAL MANAGER for a large organization. Position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license.

Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet), other related medical programs, etc.

Relevant business and / or healthcare degree is essential.

2yrs+ proven leadership and general business management experience (preferably within healthcare environment).

Knowledge of the private healthcare industry (challenges, role-players, and good understanding of relevant legislation).

Basic understanding of (or the ability to learn) specialized fields, terminology and medical equipment requirements.

Person will be responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external customers through the execution of the company’s business strategy and operational objectives pertaining to growth and quality, by leading, managing and coordinating all hospital activities and by providing direction and inspiring a positive work behaviour in the hospital.
