SUMMARY:
A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, provide HR administrative support, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Payroll qualification advantageous Minimum 3 years' payroll administration experience Experience with VIP Payroll or similar payroll software advantageous Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory submissions Experience with payroll reconciliations and reporting Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of integrity and confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Team player with a proactive approach By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
