SUMMARY:
Are you a people-oriented, detail-driven professional with a passion for HR processes? We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our dynamic team and help drive a high-performance culture across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:

ð About the Role:

As our HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, providing critical support across all functions including, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and compliance.

ð¼ Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Support the recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
Handle HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and policy updates
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training sessions, employee benefits, and wellness activities

â Requirements:

A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field
2+ years experience in an HR administration or support role
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
