HR Administrator

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised HR Administrator to join our People Management Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day human resources and administrative functions of the business, ensuring the effective coordination of HR processes, employee records, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle activities. You will work closely with the People Management Team to provide efficient administrative support and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in HR administration who is looking to grow their career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: * Provide general HR administrative support * Screen and review CVs * Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications * Draft professional emails and appointment letters * Assist with payroll administration * Manage and maintain the HR calendar * Respond to employee HR-related queries * Track and manage office equipment and assets * Maintain and update employee records and personnel files * Coordinate HR initiatives and projects * Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date Requirements: * 1-2 years of HR Administration experience * Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Strong administrative and organisational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle confidential information professionally * Strong time management and multitasking abilities What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
