Responsibilities Include:

New employee process
Employee termination process
Fixed-term employment agreement management
Employee Policies and Procedures maintenance and management
Employee record / file management
Time and Attendance management
Leave management
Disciplinary actions
Employee birthday and anniversary management
Employee benefit management (Momentum)
UI-19 update and submissions
IRP5 management
Salary / Payroll processing
Annual increase management
Suggestion box management
Social occasions management
Reporting
Any other duties related to Human Resources
Assisting with recruitment function when required
Assisting with office administration function as and when required
Assisting with compliance function as and when required
Other administration duties as and when required

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
HR Qualification (Diploma minimum requirement)
Clear criminal and ITC record
At least 5 years working experience in HR field
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Pastel Payroll experience
Valid Driver’s License
