R15 000 - R18 000 CTC

Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant qualification
Computer literate
2-3 years of experience in HR Administration
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Understanding of HR functions and practices:
o Disciplinary process/Grievance Process
o SETA
o ATR/WSP
o EE
