HR Administrator

We are looking for a HR Administrator in George to join a large freight company. You will be administering all HR related duties. 

If you have a positive attitude, can handle pressing deadlines, are a team player and very meticulous in your work, then you will be very successful in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• HR experience and/or a relevant HR qualification
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook)
• Excellent timekeeping & time management
• Excellent work attendance
• Attention to detail
• Own transport

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• All HR related administrative duties
• Administering all new starters and leavers documents
• Ensuring all contracts are correct and up to date
• Following up on licenses, PDP’s, forklift licenses
• Ensuring all training is up to date
• Scanning all leave, sick leave, family responsibility forms to head office
• Capturing of all leave, sick leave, annual leave and family responsibility leave on ERS Daily
• ERS Management
• Ensuring all IOD documents are completed and the correct forms are send to head office
• Bargaining council administration
• Provident fund up keeping
• Payroll calculations
• Alerting the operations manager of any repeat offenders (sick, AWOL and late coming)
• Assisting staff with all HR related queries
• Assisting with administration of discipline
