SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly qualified HR Administrator with expertise in BCEA, LRA, EEA, and Skills Development Act, based in Benoni

POSITION INFO:
Overview:
The HR Administrator's role is to provide administrative support throughout the employee's career life cycle. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise records, supporting compliance necessities, and giving an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Administration - Update and secure employee records, prepare HR-related documentation, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, schedule performance reviews, and maintain data.

2. Recruitment Support - Advertise vacancies, arrange interviews, perform background checks, manage offer packages, and track all recruitment activity.

3. Benefits Administration - Assist with employee benefits administration.

4. Compliance & Reporting - Verify all employee files meet legal and audit requirements.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement Support - Plan staff engagement programs, coordinate wellness activities, and manage recognition programs, aid the coordination of disciplinary and grievance processes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative/support role.
- Familiarity with BCEA, LRA, EEA, Skills Development Act, and HR best practice.
- Proficiency with HRIS/HR platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to work in a high-paced setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
