SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a HR Assistant.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR team in managing employee records.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and screening candidates.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
