POSITION INFO:
Qualification

Diploma in Human Resources or related field will be an advantage

Requirements

5 Years' experience in human resources administration within a manufacturing environment
Computer literate on Pastel Payroll
Maintain and update employee records
Assist with recruitment and selection processes
Coordinate onboarding of new employees
Support payroll administration
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and Company Policies
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Assist with record-keeping of disciplinary processes
