HR BUSINESS PARTNER - MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL BENONI BASED R590 CTC PER ANNUM AA\/EE KNOWLEDGE OF SAP AND SAGE 300 PEOPLE Senior role - relevant degree \/ Diploma in HR essential Must have stable work history within the MANUFACTURING workplace Accountability for all HR GENERALIST functions and the full recruitment lifecycle. Onboarding, terminations, Creation of job descriptions Development of HR strategies and initiatives Employee relations Attend to IR matters and staff grievances, involvement in disciplinary processes and ensure prompt resolutions Involvement in career advancement policies and programmes Compile minutes of EE and Skills Development meetings Upkeep of alll employee records and documentation Upkeep of all employee data on system Sound knowledge of HRD policies and procedures Involvement in skills development and related audits as required
