A client of ours within the Cold Storage sector is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team
POSITION INFO:

Requirements:
- Matric (equivalent of NQF level 4)
- B Degree or equivalent in terms of recognition of prior learning
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Business Partner role, with proven responsibility for the independent delivery of core HR operations and transactional HR functions across the employee lifecycle
- Demonstrated and up-to-date working knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act, (LRA), Employment Equity Act (EEA) and Skills Development Act (SDA)
- SAGE300 is essential
- FoodBev Industry experience will be advantageous
