SUMMARY:
A client of ours within the Cold Storage sector is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Location:
Johannesburg

Requirements:

Matric (equivalent of NQF level 4)
B Degree or equivalent in terms of recognition of prior learning
A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Business Partner role, with proven responsibility for the independent delivery of core HR operations and transactional HR functions across the employee lifecycle
Demonstrated and up-to-date working knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act, (LRA), Employment Equity Act (EEA) and Skills Development Act (SDA)
SAGE300 is essential
FoodBev Industry experience will be advantageous
