SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a group of companies based in the Menlo Park area in Pretoria East.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification will be beneficial 5+ years Human Resources experience Have a good knowledge of South African labour legislation, including contracts, disciplinary processes, dismissals and CCMA matters; Ability to manage the entire HR function independently Experience with contracting for both contract and permanent workers Ability to management recruitment processes Be able to professionally handle performance management, disciplinary processes, motivational discussions and other employee relations; and Be able to provide regular feedback to the directors on important HR matters and progress.
