SUMMARY:
New role is available for an experienced HR Consultant/Manager professional for our client offering various business solutions. The role will be based in George Western Cape, with the need to travel to surrounding towns.
POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a driven and knowledgeable HR Consultant to join their team and support a growing client base in George and the surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate would have Labour experience and possible union experience as well as CCMA representation and then, a working knowledge of compliance (BEE, WSP and ATR, Popi).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Deliver strategic HR solutions tailored to client needs
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR)
- Sound working knowledge of:
- B-BBEE
- Employment Equity (EE)
- Skills Development (WSP & ATR)
- POPIA compliance
- Experience representing clients at the CCMA or Bargaining Councils is advantageous
- Willingness to travel is essential - travel to clients in the George area so including Oudtshoorn, Wilderness, Knysna, and surrounding areas.
- Tertiary Qualification in HR, IR etc.
- Driver's License and own vehicle
