POSITION INFO:

Position: HR Executive

Location: Uitenhage

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Qualification
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with business goals.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in relevant HR software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job analysis and advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Implement effective performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement, development, and productivity.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in South Africa, including employment equity, labour relations, and workplace health and safety.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits, including leave management, medical aid, and retirement funds.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management on HR metrics, trends, and issues
