Lexdan Select is assisting a Call Centre with their search for an HR Generalist, based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing core HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee engagement, talent management, and retention strategies.
Responsible for managing industrial and employee relations, disciplinary procedures, VIP payroll processing, and overall HR administration.

Requirements:

National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (minimum requirement).
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a call centre environment.
Experience with VIP Payroll is required.
