SUMMARY:
Industry leader based in Modderfontein seeks HR Generalist.

POSITION INFO:
HR Degree/equivalent
5 years + experience

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Recruitment
EE and WSP reporting
Management of staff
CCMA and bargaining council representation, performance, and succession planning
Time and attendance management of staff
Issuing and maintaining incident reports
Maintaining COIDA and LOGS
All DOL queries
Up to date knowledge of LRA and BCEA
