SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and payroll focused HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure effective HR operations across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR and payroll
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in Payspace

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support performance management and disciplinary processes
Administer and process payroll inputs and leave administration
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
Support training, development, and employee relations initiatives
