Daily coordination and management of HR operations
Support line managers with employee relations and disciplinary processes
Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
Coordinate and support training and development initiatives
Manage people metrics and reporting

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant HR qualification
Hospitality experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
