SUMMARY:
A well-established international logistics organisation is seeking an Immediately available Human Resources Administrator (Generalist) to join their team based in Kempton Park. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being involved across the full HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and compliance.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar HR administration or generalist role
Previous payroll administration experience beneficial
Exposure to employment law and HR compliance requirements

Skills:

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working within a manual and paper-based environment transitioning to digital systems

Job description:

Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to staff and management
Manage payroll inputs and liaise with Finance and the HR Manager for accurate payroll processing
Maintain HR records, HRIS systems, and compliance documentation
Track mandatory training programmes and maintain training records
Assist with statutory submissions administration, including EEA2/EEA4, WSP/ATR, BBBEE and Skills Development
Maintain manual and electronic employee files and documentation
Provide general HR administrative support to the HR Manager
Ensure HR processes and records remain accurate, compliant and up to date
