Our client is a specialist business improvement and organisational performance consultancy, that takes pride in their ability to design customized solutions that clients can implement at all levels. They are looking for an analytical and detail orientated HR Generalist that will be required to travel to different sites nationwide.

The successful candidate will carry out day-to-day HR responsibilities and activities and requires an individual who enjoys planning and developing systems to serve the personal development of the employees.

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification in HR or a related field
4-5 years HR experience with 3 years in a Generalist or Business Partner role
Comprehensive knowledge of HR theory, principles, tactical applications and interpretation of applicable legislation
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Drivers License and own car
Experience with an ATS and HRIS
Willing to travel to client sites
