HR Generalist needed for a well known Retail Store in Piketberg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min requirements:

HR Diploma/Degree
3+ years relevant working experience
MS Office suite

Role responsibilities:

Recruitment and selection
On-boarding tasks
Training & development
HRMS/HRMIS - capturing and maintaining HR data
Ensure legal compliance of all HR policies and procedures
IR - attending and participating in employee disciplinary and grievance meetings
HR metrics - gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and provide feedback to management
Manage payroll

Methodical, strong analytical and problem solving skills
