JOB SUMMARY:
HR Generalist needed for a well known Retail Store in Piketberg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min requirements:
  • HR Diploma/Degree
  • 3+ years relevant working experience
  • MS Office suite

Role responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and selection
  • On-boarding tasks
  • Training & development
  • HRMS/HRMIS - capturing and maintaining HR data
  • Ensure legal compliance of all HR policies and procedures
  • IR - attending and participating in employee disciplinary and grievance meetings
  • HR metrics - gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and provide feedback to management
  • Manage payroll

Other attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management, organizational and conflict resolution skills
  • Methodical, strong analytical and problem solving skills
