SUMMARY:
International FMCG Manufacturing Company in Durban requires an HR Generalist to provide full HR support to the plant, ensuring effective support like Recruitment & Selection, Assist with IR and CCMA processes, EE, SDL, and all HR Administration.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

• HR or similar Degree or Diploma
• 4 Years'' Generalist Experience in an FMCG Manufacturing environment
• Solid Understanding of latest legislation wrt EE, SDL, and OD
• Good Experience with Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Performance Management
• Experience managing own budget for HR Department
• Advanced Computer Skills
