SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading transportation company, seeks to employ a professional, vibrant and motivated HR Manager, with a strong background in HR, IR and Payroll supervision, to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

Please note that a recognised SABPP or related membership is required, coupled with solid experience in a highly unionized environment. Residents in the Cape Town area will receive preference.

POSITION INFO:
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will have a degree in HR or similar field, be SABPP registered and have 10 years experience in managing HR, IR and Payroll supervision a fast paced, unionized environment, with candidates from the transportation sector being ideal.
You will have solid expertise in managing employee wellness programmes, managing all IR and disciplinary functions, implementing policies and procedures and managing EE and related plans/reports
You will have solid experience in organizational planning, facilitating training and development practices and managing performance-based projects
Proficiency in SAP HR and Advanced Excel is essential
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
