POSITION INFO:
Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Brooklyn, Pretoria (Hybrid Position)
Salary: R6 000 per month + commission
Benefits: Exposure to full recruitment cycle, mentorship, flexible hybrid setup
Vacancy Type: Full time with flexible working hours

Non-negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Matric;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Computer literate (MS Office, emails, basic online tools);
Reliable transport for occasional in-office days;
HR, Psychology, or related qualification in progress.

Beneficial requirements:

Prior exposure to recruitment or admin environment;
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Social Media (Facebook/Tik Tok/Instagram), Ditto, Placement Partner, or similar tools.

Duties and responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Communication: Assist with CV screening, contacting candidates, and collecting documents;
Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews, send confirmations and follow up with clients and candidates;
Job Advertisement Creation: Draft and post job ads, help source suitable images;
General Recruitment Administration: Maintain client files, assist in compiling CV packs, and update tracking system.
