HR Manager
Based in Cape Town
Salary Based on Experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field advantageous
Strong HR generalist experience covering the full employee life cycle
Ability to design and manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
Solid knowledge of South African labour laws and compliance requirements
Experience managing performance processes, reviews and employee development
Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution and fostering engagement
Ability to create, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
Experience delivering training and development initiatives
Proficiency in HR systems, technology and maintaining accurate employee records
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
