POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an experienced, dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of Human Resources while working closely with management and employees to ensure a positive, productive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration Recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Monitor attendance, leave and performance management Assist management with labour-related matters and compliance Support employee training and development initiatives Handle HR reporting and related administrative duties Travel to Lesotho on a regular basis as required Perform other HR-related duties as required Requirements Relevant HR qualification Proven experience in an HR management\/HR generalist role Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage confidential information Valid driver's licence – essential Valid passport – essential , as regular travel to Lesotho is required Willingness and ability to travel regularly Flexible to work occasional weekends when required Working Hours Monday to Friday , with occasional weekend work depending on operational requirements.
