SUMMARY:
A well established manufacturer requires an HR manager to join their team in Pinetown to manage both their group of Companies.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

HR/IR Comprehensive plan and policies for the company to be able to guide the EXCO and many inputs in HR / IR
Updating , modelling and managing the company staff banding and remuneration levels
Harmonising and implementing the benefits at different levels
Oversee and check payroll and wage data inputs, monthly and annual
Definitely Managing EE , BBBEE and Training Matrices and annual submissions
Manage and control Onboarding , performance evaluations and terminations within the company in line with LRA , BCEA and Company Policies
Liaison with Company HR Attorneys on pending matters and disciplinaries
Manage, check and control HR Gen Administration , Digital Filing Platform, POPI Act( Audit and Management ) and Statutory Submissions

Requirements:

- Relevant degree/diploma

- At Least 5 years working experience in a similar role

- Ability to handle confidential information and high level interaction with management and shareholders
