SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their Head office in Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort North West. Candidates willing to relocate at their own expense are welcome to apply. This is a permanent position available immediately

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with relevant qualifications
• Fully computer literate - excel & Pastel
• Min 5 years’ experience in an HR managers role
• Valid driver’s license – own car – willing to travel
• Clear fingerprints
• Traceable references
• Highly proficient in English

• IR compliance -execute disciplinary process
• Month end payroll run on VIP
• Process employees contract
• Employment Equity
• Statutory Submissions
• Administration & compliance
• Training & development
• Recruitment
• Performance Management
• Functions not limited to
• Visit branches – sites include (for now) Tembisa, Potchefstroom Weekly reporting on performance
