Our amazing client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Durban!

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for someone who has:

A Bachelor‘s Degree in Human Resources
Appropriate recognised post-graduate qualification
Minimum of seven years experience as an HR generalist in a management position
Expert understanding of the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act), LRA (Labour Relations Act) and COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act)
Excellent understanding of salary structuring
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:

Business Partnering
Recruitment and salary structuring
Training
BEE
WSP / SDL
POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
Payroll Administration (oversee)
Company Policies
Employee Wellness
COIDA
Wage Negotiations
Staff Discipline
