JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting position exists for a Group Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the development, planning managing and coordinating of HR activities of the Group to maxismise the strategic use of Human Resource.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Human Resources Management/ Labour Relations/ Organisational Development
Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Sound understanding of RSA transformative legislation
A minimum of 10 - 15 years’ HR management experience of which at least 4 are at senior level as a generalist, managing end -to end /total HR function
Track record in implementing HR strategy
Track-record in discipline management and managing IR practice
Some experience in organisational change management
Good experience in identifying and securing relevant skill/recruitment and implementing talent attraction, development, and retention measures.
Track record in compliance management, HR governance and internal and compliance reporting
